We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph899 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device compatibility issues, or third-party service interruptions affecting your access to the platform.

During a suspension, access to gameplay and financial transactions may be restricted pending investigation.
ph899 may terminate a player account permanently for material breaches of these Terms, confirmed fraudulent activity, legal or regulatory requirement, or if continuing the account would expose ph899 to unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct shall be forfeited. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph899, you agree to first attempt resolution through ph899's customer support team by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. ph899 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support channels, either party may seek resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the support process.
